Benign skin tumors that commonly appear at the age of 40.

Skin tag-
Tiny harmless painless tumor that protrudes on a narrow stalk.

Actinic Keratoses-
Gritty, Scally, Gray to dark-pink patches on the face, scalp and the back of the hands.

Cherry Angioma-
Benign skin tumor of unknown origin that appears most frequently after the age of 40.

Liver Spots-
Harmless, flat patches of increased pigmentation that range from freckle size to a few inches across.

Sun Damaged Skin-
Characterized by coarse wrinkles, sagging folds, sallowness, roughness, extra dry skin effects are long term.
